Poor reception service; room booked was unavailable & subsequent room had not been serviced completely - no bathrobe’s & shower cleansing cream. Meals were hard to order at lunchtime due to lack of staff availability.

établissement proche de l’aéroport mais sans aucune shuttle navette !! Invraisemblable! Obligés de prendre un taxi pour faire 5 kms. Restaurant moyen , très cher , et service approximatif. Je ne recommande pas . La 5e étoile est tombée du ciel probablement.

Отель отличный. Комфортный номер, быстрая регистрация. Из минусов: балкон был несколько грязный, но это не стало принципиальным разочарованием. Не работал бассейн внутри отеля, а снаружи было уже прохладно…

第二次住这个酒店了，每次都是晚上到，早上吃完早餐就走了，没法体验酒店的特色水疗服务，有点可惜。 酒店人员服务很好，下次过来还会继续选择这里。

Really bad management the Aircon was not work. Nobody give you any ****. They ask you to check out early. I want to check in and midnight they don’t care but the spa really nice. The hotel is really good. Need to change the management or improve it

Amazing pool/spa facilities. In total there were 5 different pool areas. Adult only pool in the spa. The room was spacious and very large. Hotel staff were very accommodating and could speak English well. The breakfast was an amazing selection of choice. Best we have had in a Turkish hotel so far.
